Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final and no refund or cancellation is allowed once payment is made. However, we accept returns only in the exceptions that:
i. Item is defective/damaged upon arrival.
ii. Incorrect item was shipped.
iii. Returned items must be free from damage and in the form of which it was delivered. This item exchange is subjected to availability of stock.
1. Eligibility for Returns - To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Return and Exhange Shipping - You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Inspection & Approval - Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your exchange.
5. The following are not considered manufacturing faults/defects:
- Colour of item. It may differ from the picture due to studio lighting/exposure/different displays.
- Creases on clothing.
- Slight transparency with light coloured garments such as white.
- Size allowance of +/- 2cm.
